the location is particularly good, right in the middle of Jackson. It is adjacent to the outlet mall and the Nut Tree Plaza. 3. the rooms are new-fashioned and tidy. 4. the breakfast is nice. 5. the rooms feature a sofa bed and a good shower.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet but near anything we could need. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The fan in our bathroom wasn't working but not a huge deal. Just made for very steamy showers.

Door to bathroom would not stay open, and if it was open, it blocked the door to the room. No down or feather pillows. Awoke each of 4 nights with lower back pain from mattress.

The woman who was taking care of breakfast Sunday morning was a fantastic employee.
The pillows were way tooooooo soft. Very poor night of sleep. :-(

My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and I liked being able to do laundry in the hotel. Also the housekeepers are the sweetest.

The hotel is in an excellent location in a safe area, close to the outlets, restaurants, and a shopping mall. The building is nice, and the rooms have a hot tub.

Front desk staff was terrific! Breakfast was tasty. First impression of the hotel - lobby, breakfast area, and wonderful scent - very nice! Close proximity to the Premium Outlet Stores. We had a large accessible room which was perfect for our needs.
No outdoor pool. Unreasonable room rate for 1 night. I wanted to extend a relatives room stay for my nephews, but the 5/28 room rate was outrageous, so they stayed elsewhere for 1 night.
